2-2-13 Butchering the Roosters

We butchered our two roosters on Saturday. Jason and his family came over to help us.  It was very easy and a good learning experience for the kids :)
"What's that? Why are you killing the chickens? What part of the chicken is that?"

Yummy, they will go into my freezer meals for this month.

    you got all the good stuff after we left strawberries and chicken grams was sick all the way home she is just now getting better over her cold love ya pap
